How can I schedule an appointment?
The best way to schedule an appointment is via our online booking system. This method will provide you visibility of our availability and for us to gather necessary information to proceed.

Where is the clinic located?

What will I get back from the Medicare rebate?
Clients with a Mental Health Care Plan from a referring GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician will receive a Medicare rebate of $141.85.
Do you offer after hours sessions?
We currently offer 8am appointments. To request an alternative after hours session, discuss this with your psychologist.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You have the flexibility to postpone or cancel your appointment at any time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
How can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
The best way to reschedule or cancel an appointment is via your Appointment Confirmation email.

- In the appointment summary, click Reschedule or Cancel appointment.
