Clinical Psychologist

Steph (she/her) is an AHPRA-registered clinical psychologist who adopts a collaborative therapeutic approach. She places a strong emphasis on building a safe, respectful, and empathetic relationship with her clients, ensuring that you feel heard and understood. In working together to address your personal therapeutic goals, Steph utilises evidence-based practices aimed at fostering hope, self-awareness, and self-compassion, in and outside the therapy room.

Steph specialises in supporting adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including stress, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder and related presentations including trichotillomania and excoriation disorder, trauma (PTSD & complex-trauma), relationship difficulties, stress and adjustment. Steph draws on evidence-based therapies that promote change including Schema Therapy (ST), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

Steph’s fee is $265 per 50-minute session. After hour appointments incur an additional $40 fee.
