The best way to schedule an appointment is via our online booking system. This method will provide you visibility of our availability and for us to gather necessary information to proceed.

Clients with a Mental Health Care Plan from a referring GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician will receive a Medicare rebate of upto $141.85.

We currently offer 8am morning appointments as well as 5pm and 6pm evening appointments. To request an alternative after hours session, discuss this with your psychologist.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations will incur fees: 50% of the full consultation fee for less than 48 hours’ notice, and 100% for less than 24 hours’ notice. Managing your appointments is your responsibility. We’ll do our best to send a courtesy email reminder, so please ensure your contact details are up to date.

The best way to reschedule or cancel an appointment is via your Appointment Confirmation email.

1. From the appointment booking confirmation email, click the link to Manage your Appointment online.
2. In the appointment summary, click Reschedule or Cancel appointment.
