Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Managing your appointments is your responsibility. We’ll do our best to send a courtesy email reminder, so please ensure your contact details are up to date.

All current clients have consented to the below cancellation policy:

Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

We believe that everyone deserves the chance to lead a fulfilling life, no matter the lemons life throws at us.
