Specialties

Couples Therapy: I blend evidence-based and insight-driven models to support couples as they build stronger, more resilient relationships. Drawing from the Gottman Method, I help partners deepen friendship, navigate conflict with care, and create shared meaning. With inspiration from Esther Perel, I honour the balance between intimacy and autonomy, helping couples reconnect with desire and embrace the complexities of long-term commitment. I also integrate Dan Savage’s practical, sex-positive perspective— especially for modern, LGBTQIA+, and adaptive relationship structures. Together, these approaches create a flexible, compassionate framework, tailored to your needs.
