Dr Nina Quin

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Nina Quin (she/her) is an AHPRA-registered Clinical Psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Nina creates a therapeutic space of non-judgment and emotional safety where clients can truly be themselves. Drawing on evidence-based approaches, Nina helps people move from feeling stuck to creating meaningful, lasting change in their lives. Nina’s warm, collaborative style empowers clients to reconnect with their strengths and navigate life’s challenges with curiosity and confidence.

Nina provides support for adults struggling with self-criticism, low self-esteem, anxiety, low mood, emotional overwhelm, interpersonal difficulties, relationship issues, and the lasting effects of early trauma. Many of Nina’s clients feel stuck in unhelpful life patterns, and others may require additional support navigating life transitions such as pregnancy and parenthood, early adulthood, medical challenges, and relationship difficulties. Nina has a PhD in perinatal sleep and mental health, and clinical experience across public mental health systems, private organisations, and educational settings. Nina utilises CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT) and somatic-based approaches to address both current symptoms and factors from a client’s past that may relate to present difficulties. Nina warmly welcomes clients from all cultural backgrounds and LGBTQIA+ communities, creating a space where everyone is welcome.
