Sean (he/him) is an AHPRA registered psychologist who completed his postgraduate clinical training at The University of Melbourne. Sean aims to provide a warm, accepting space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and supported to face difficult thoughts, feelings, or situations that may be getting in the way of your life. Sean works collaboratively with people to help them make sense of themselves and their difficulties, and to explore practical steps that can lead to positive change.

Sean supports adolescents and adults (15+) experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low self esteem and self-criticism, grief, and difficulty navigating life transitions and stress. Sean welcomes people from all backgrounds and aims to provide an inclusive and affirming place for those who identify as neurodivergent, LGBTIQA+, and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. He draws on cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and compassion-focused therapy approaches.

Sean’s fee is $230 per 50-minute session. For appointments out of standard business hours a $40 surcharge applies for all appointments.
