Do you offer services for children or adolescents?
We specialise in the assessment and treatment of various mental health issues for adolescents and adults aged 15 years and older.
How do I schedule my first appointment?
If you’re new here, please visit our Get Started page and complete the Pre-appointment Questionnaire to begin your journey with us. Once completed, we’ll reach out to discuss suitable psychologists and book your first appointment.
Can I choose my psychologist?
We strive to match you with a psychologist who best fits your needs based on the information provided in the Pre-appointment Questionnaire. However, if you have a specific preference, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What are the fees for your services?
Information on the costs of our services, along with the associated Medicare rebates under mental health care plans, can be found on our Fees page.
Do you offer bulk billing or sliding scale fees?
We do not offer bulk billing; however, clients with a Mental Health Care Plan from a referring GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician will receive a Medicare rebate of up to $141.85. For more details on fees and rebates, please refer to our Fees page.
Is your clinic accessible for individuals with disabilities?

Is there parking available near the clinic?

What should I do if I need immediate mental health support?
Please note that we do not provide a crisis response service. If you require crisis support, please call Lifeline on 13 11 14. In case of an emergency, please call 000 or attend your nearest hospital emergency department.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations will incur fees: 50% of the full consultation fee for less than 48 hours’ notice, and 100% for less than 24 hours’ notice. Managing your appointments is your responsibility. We’ll do our best to send a courtesy email reminder, so please ensure your contact details are up to date.
Do you offer after hours sessions?
We currently offer 8am morning appointments as well as 5pm and 6pm evening appointments. To request an alternative after hours session, discuss this with your psychologist.
