Dr. Sarah Herniman is an AHPRA-registered clinical psychologist with a PhD and Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Melbourne. She is dedicated to helping individuals lead fulfilling lives, regardless of the challenges they face, by providing a safe, non-judgmental space and evidence-based treatments.

Sarah specialises in supporting adolescents and adults (15+ years) experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, mood swings, OCD, psychosis, and trauma. Sarah draws from Schema Therapy (ST), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients make sense of their difficulties and develop essential skills and confidence through a shared decision-making process.
