Harriet (she/her) is an AHPRA registered Clinical Psychologist. She is a warm, friendly and genuine psychologist who adopts a non-judgemental, empathic and caring approach, aiming to create a safe environment for all her clients.

Harriet understands her clients’ difficulties as patterns of protection and survival, which helps clients to foster self-compassion for past and present suffering. She believes that when a person begins to notice and become aware of their own patterns of protection and survival – greater insight, self-understanding and growth can occur.

Harriet specialises in supporting adults (18+) with anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, anger, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and grief. Her expertise extends to working with adjustment, sexuality & gender, mortality issues, and cancer support. In her practice, she uses evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Somatic-Based Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
