Rebekah specialises in supporting adults (18+) experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD & complex-trauma), disease, sexual dysfunction, and body-image. She also offers couples therapy, informed by training with the Gottman Institute. Rebekah draws on evidence-based therapies that promote change including Schema Therapy (ST), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Polyvagal Therapy (PT).
She has extensive experience in public health, treating acute and enduring psychological and physical conditions, complemented by research on mood disorders and sexual functioning in chronic inflammatory diseases.

Rebekah’s fee is $230 per 50-minute individual session or $280 per 50-minute couples session. After hour appointments incur an additional $40 fee.
