Sarah (she/her) is a Clinical Psychologist with a PhD in Psychology. She offers a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where you can share openly and feel truly heard, without fear of judgment. In therapy, Sarah creates a space for her clients to explore the experiences, memories, and beliefs that may underlie their present challenges. With compassion and care, Sarah will support you in gently reshaping the patterns and responses that no longer serve you, so you can create meaningful, lasting change and move toward a life of greater freedom.

Sarah specialises in supporting adults (18+) experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD & complex-trauma), adjustment difficulties, life transitions, perinatal mental health, parenting challenges, relationship and attachment difficulties, and body-image. Sarah draws on evidence-based therapies that promote change including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and EMDR.
