Provisional Psychologist

Meg (she/her) is an AHPRA registered Provisional Psychologist currently completing her final year of the Clinical Psychology PhD at Monash University. Her approach focuses on creating a warm, understanding and collaborative space with evidence-based treatments tailored to each individual and their unique experiences.

Meg supports adolescents and adults (15+ years) who are experiencing anxiety, depression or sleep problems, managing attention or mood difficulties, overcoming feelings of self-doubt or shame and navigating relationship concerns, life transitions or stress. Meg draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) including CBT for insomnia, to help clients understand and problem solve their difficulties.
