Meg (she/her) is an AHPRA registered psychologist who completed her clinical training at Monash University. Her approach focuses on creating a warm, supportive and collaborative space where clients feel truly heard, understood and comfortable being themselves. She draws on evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s unique experiences to support clients in working through past and present challenges and moving towards their goals.

Meg supports adolescents and adults (15+ years) who are experiencing anxiety, depression or sleep problems, managing attention or mood difficulties, overcoming feelings of self-doubt or shame and navigating relationship concerns, life transitions or stress. Meg draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) including CBT for insomnia, to help clients understand and problem solve their difficulties.

Meg’s fee is $230 per 50-minute session. For appointments out of standard business hours a $40 surcharge applies for all appointments.
