India (She/Her) is a compassionate and curious psychologist who works collaboratively with clients to understand their challenges within the context of their unique life experiences. She helps clients identify unhelpful patterns, connect with their emotions and needs, and take meaningful steps toward creating fulfilling lives. India also understands that creating a safe, supportive, and respectful therapeutic relationship is key to fostering genuine growth and meaningful change. As a part of the queer community, India is deeply committed to supporting clients in the LGBTQIA+ community.

India has supported a diverse range of adults navigating various mental health difficulties. India is particularly passionate about helping people cultivate self-acceptance and compassion, connect with and express their emotional needs, and find the courage to do what matters in life. India draws from a range of evidence-based therapies, tailoring her approach to each individual’s needs. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy (ST), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Book an appointment with India

India’s fee is $230 per 50-minute session. For appointments out of standard business hours a $40 surcharge applies for all appointments.
