She helps clients identify unhelpful patterns, connect with their emotions and needs, and take meaningful steps toward creating fulfilling lives. India also understands that creating a safe, supportive, and respectful therapeutic relationship is key to fostering genuine growth and meaningful change. India has supported a diverse range of adults navigating various mental health difficulties. India is particularly passionate about helping people cultivate self-acceptance and compassion, connect with and express their emotional needs, and find the courage to do what matters in life. India draws from a range of evidence-based therapies, tailoring her approach to each individual’s needs. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy (ST), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

India’s fee is $230 per 50-minute session. For appointments out of standard business hours a $40 surcharge applies for all appointments.
