Oliver Eastwood

Psychologist

Oliver (he/him) is an AHPRA registered psychologist who completed his clinical training at the University of Melbourne. He brings a collaborative and non-pathologising approach to therapy to help individuals better understand and work through their difficulties.

Oliver supports adults experiencing a range of mental health difficulties including depression, anxiety, trauma-related distress, bereavement, substance use, and relational problems. Oliver draws from Schema Therapy (ST), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Oliver has worked in public and private settings, and as a clinician on research trials treating PTSD.
