If you’ve been through a difficult experience, you’re not alone. This group is a safe, supportive space where you can focus on healing and moving forward.
Each 90-minute session focuses on a practical topic — like setting boundaries, managing big feelings, or staying grounded during overwhelm.
Sessions are limited to 10 people to ensure space for questions and group interaction, without pressure to speak or share personally.
The group is run by registered psychologists and provisional psychologists with experience in DBT, ACT and emotion-focused therapies.
This group provides a helpful boost for your therapy journey — or a solid starting point if you’re new. Learn skills that make daily life feel a bit more manageable.
Develop tools to manage strong emotions, respond to triggers, and improve everyday functioning.
Understand your patterns and responses with more clarity — and practise doing things differently in a safe setting.
For current clients, this group can help bridge gaps between sessions and reinforce key therapy concepts.
