Combining EMDR therapy with the benefits and accessibility of group support, helping people heal together
If you’ve been through a difficult experience, you’re not alone. This group is a safe, supportive space where you can focus on healing and moving forward.
Participate in a structured 90-minute session each week over four weeks to process emotions and build coping strategies in a safe environment.
We keep our groups to a maximum of 10 people for a comfortable, contained experience. This fosters a supportive atmosphere while maintaining privacy and individual attention.
Our sessions are led by two qualified mental health professionals with expertise in EMDR and trauma-informed care, providing expert guidance and support.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a proven psychotherapy approach that helps individuals process and integrate distressing memories. The G-TEP adaptation brings these benefits to a group setting, offering a unique blend of personal reflection and communal support. Here's why our program stands out:
EMDR has been shown to effectively treat a wide range of symptoms, from depression and anxiety to chronic illness and addiction.
In G-TEP sessions, you won’t need to share specific details of your experiences. This “Blind 2 therapist” approach ensures privacy while fostering a sense of community.
Learn self-regulation techniques that you can apply in daily life, enhancing your resilience and emotional well-being.
Our next group therapy program kicks off next month, with sessions held weekly over a four-week period.
Our fees reflect the quality, care, and expertise we bring to every session. Below, you’ll find a breakdown of costs, available rebates, and payment details to help you plan for your therapy journey.

Our facilitators are trained to create a safe and supportive environment. They will provide coping strategies and interventions to help manage emotional distress during sessions. Additionally, the group format allows for communal support, enhancing the healing process.
Participants are encouraged to have an initial consultation with our facilitators to determine if the group setting is appropriate for their current needs. This ensures that each participant can benefit fully from the program.
