If you’ve been through a difficult experience, you’re not alone. This group is a safe, supportive space where you can focus on healing and moving forward.

Weekly Group Sessions

Each 90-minute session focuses on a practical topic — like setting boundaries, managing big feelings, or staying grounded during overwhelm.

Small, Supportive Group

Sessions are limited to 10 people to ensure space for questions and group interaction, without pressure to speak or share personally.

Guided by Experienced Professionals

The group is run by registered psychologists and provisional psychologists with experience in DBT, ACT and emotion-focused therapies.

Do I need to share personal experiences?

No — this is a skills-based group. You’re welcome to share if you’d like, but it’s not required.

What kinds of skills will I learn?

Each session covers practical topics like grounding, emotional regulation, assertive communication, and understanding unhelpful thinking styles.

Can I join if I’m already in therapy?

Yes! This group complements individual therapy and helps you get more out of your sessions.

Can I join if I’m not a current client?

Yes — a short intake is all we need to make sure it’s the right fit.

Is this group suitable for teens?

This group is designed for adults aged 18+.

Can I attend online?
