Dr. Stephanie (she/her) is an AHPRA-registered psychologist with a PhD and Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Melbourne. Her approach is relational, experiential, and founded on a deep respect for the people she works with.

Stephanie supports people who are neurodiverse, who are navigating major life transitions or relationship challenges, who struggle with shame or self-doubt, who have lived through trauma, who feel compelled to act on their thoughts, and who experience different realities. Stephanie draws primarily on Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Mindful Self-compassion and Lived Expertise to inform her work, and is also trained in approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
