Our Practice:

From the moment you enter, we want our clinicians and clients alike to be welcomed into a warm, tranquil, safe and inspiring space. Our practice offers four consulting rooms that are all soundproofed, air-conditioned, thoughtfully furnished, and feature sun-soaked windows. We also have a room large enough for group therapy.

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist / Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individual therapy, conduct psychological assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with our team. They should hold a degree/masters in Clinical Psychology, with full AHPRA registration, ABN, appropriate insurance, and Medicare eligibility. Experience in treating various mental health issues, up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatments, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. The successful applicant should be able to work independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit. We offer flexible part-time or full-time positions (1-5 days per week), and are open Monday through Saturday.

Make Lemonade provides a part-time administration team member who supports you through your work days and provide your clients with a high-level of care every time they contact the practice. Plus, we provide seamless and streamlined procedures to assist you in transferring from your previous position to a member of our team.

Our clinic is conveniently located in the heart of Fitzroy, surrounded by numerous cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and shops. We offer large, furnished rooms designed to provide a modern, comfortable, and warm space for you and your clients.

• Confidentiality and Privacy: Soundproofed rooms to ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Comfortable and Professional Setting: Well-furnished, natural light filled, and clean rooms that provide a comfortable environment for both our therapists and clients.
• Accessibility: Access for individuals with physical disabilities is provided for two lower-level rooms. Priority is given to clients with accessibility needs on any given day.

We offer a range of amenities that make our clinic a conducive space for both therapists and clients. Of course a well-equipped environment can significantly enhance the therapy process.

• Break spaces: Access to a lunch room, courtyard, and balcony for therapists to relax during their breaks.
• High-Speed Internet: Reliable internet connection for virtual sessions and administrative tasks.
• Office Equipment: Access to printer, scanner, and other necessary office equipment.
