Our relationship therapy sessions provide a safe, confidential space for partners to express their feelings, needs, and concerns. We welcome all relationship structures, including monogamous and non-monogamous. Our compassionate, non-judgmental therapists facilitate open communication and reflection, helping partners work together towards their goals and improve the quality of their relationship.

Format for therapy
This format helps address relationship challenges like intimacy issues, communication problems, conflicting needs, and difficulties with fidelity, separation, loss, illness, and parenting. As well as understanding each individual’s unique factors and how they affect the relationship dynamic’s, which is key to providing effective therapy.
Initial assessment
80 minute session – $395
We discuss your goals for treatment, summarise the primary concerns, and negotiate boundaries and expectations for involvement in relationship therapy.
Individual consultations
50 minute session – $230 (Medicare rebate applicable)
The focus here is understanding the influence of individual factors on the relationship.
Formulation & treatment planning session
80 minute session – $395
A feedback session where the therapist provides a formulation of the presenting concerns and, together, we agree on a treatment plan.
Ongoing Relationship sessions
50 minute session – $310
For all ongoing therapy sessions, after the initial appointment schedule.

About Rebekah
Rebekah specialises in supporting adults (18+) experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD & complex-trauma), disease, sexual functioning, and body-image. She also offers relationship therapy, informed by training with the Gottman Institute and in Emotion-Focused Therapy (rooted in attachment theory).
Rebekah draws on experience and training in evidence-based therapies that promote change, including Schema Therapy (ST), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Polyvagal-Informed Therapy.
She has extensive experience in public health, treating acute and enduring psychological and physical conditions, complemented by research on mood disorders and sexual functioning in chronic inflammatory diseases.
