YOU DESERVE
TO BE HEARD.
YOUR NEEDS RESPECTED.
YOUR CHOICES AT THE HEART OF YOUR CARE.
Making space for you
We welcome people with disability and people with different access needs. Your experiences, preferences and choices matter.
We recognise that barriers can make seeking support harder. Tell us what would help you access care, and our intake team can discuss what may be possible before you book.
Visiting the clinic
A little planning can help us prepare for your visit. Here are the practical details to consider.
Entrance
There are two steps at the entrance. Portable ramps are available for staff to bring out. Please contact reception before your appointment to arrange them and discuss your needs.
Consulting rooms
Lower-level consulting rooms are available. Please speak with reception before your appointment to arrange a lower-level room and discuss access to it.
Toilets
The clinic does not have an accessible toilet.
Assistance
Our administration and reception team are generally onsite and can assist with entering the building and reaching consulting rooms. Please arrange assistance ahead of your visit.
Planning your visit
Ideally, let us know about your accessibility needs during intake or your first conversations with the clinic. We can discuss the arrangements and check the details with you before your appointment.
Your care. Your way.
You know your needs best. We want to understand what matters to you and explore the options together.
Your preferences
Tell us about any access or communication needs you would like us to consider. You choose what you share, and we will take your preferences seriously.
Finding a clinician
Our intake team considers your preferences and access needs alongside what you are seeking help with when discussing clinician fit.
Before your visit
If you need ramps, a lower-level consulting room or assistance on arrival, please contact reception before your appointment. Sharing your needs during intake gives us time to discuss the arrangements with you.
